This is my first post (so bear with me).
It’s hard being a single ‘middle aged’ parent. There’s so many things to do, to remember and to juggle!
Let me start by introducing myself, I’m Abbie, I’m in my 40’s and I’m divorced. I have 2 beautiful children. I am naturally lazy but I understand the importance of being fit and active so I push myself to exercise and eat healthy. Although I do allow my self to eat what I want, I try not to go overboard and remember everything in moderation!
Since the birth of my second child I have been more conscious about my health and gained an interest in nutrition, diet and exercise. I have watched various documentaries, YouTube videos, listened to podcasts and audiobooks and read and reread books and articles on a variety of different subjects that all relate to the human body and how to keep it fit and healthy for as long as possible.
I have recently taken my personal interest deeper and decided to study and gain qualifications in this area.
I feel that people are looking for support and help in their own fitness and health journeys and I want to be there to offer my help and share my experiences with you.
